About the Role
Mim and Hamim Group is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our Geelong team on a casual basis.
In this role, you won't just be booking flights; you'll be a dream-weaver, navigating complex itineraries and providing expert advice to ensure our clients have seamless travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Excellence: Provide exceptional service via face-to-face consultations, email, and phone.
* Booking Management: Use reservation systems to process bookings, manage documentation, and handle amendments accurately. Preference reservation system knowledge of AMADEUS.
What We're Looking For
* Industry Experience: Previous experience in the travel industry or a strong sales background is highly regarded.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in GDS (e.g., Amadeus) and travel booking platforms.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail.
* Flexibility: Ability to work casual hours, including some weekends or peak periods as required.
