We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Business Development efforts. This is a key role accountable for engaging with Network Partners, communicating effectively and delivering in-store execution across QLD.
Key Responsibilities
 * Drive growth by inspiring pharmacy teams to build Australia's Favourite Pharmacy brand.
 * Establish strong relationships with Network Partners and internal departments to achieve business objectives.
 * Develop and implement strategies to drive individual pharmacy profitability through the TWC brand platform.
 * Provide coaching and guidance to Network Partners and store teams to ensure they meet performance targets.
 * Facilitate business planning sessions and set profitability targets that align with organisational goals.
Requirements
 * Proven retail leadership experience with a track record of success.
 * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
 * Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
 * Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to resolve issues effectively.
 * A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
