About the Role:
The Nurse will be responsible for delivering direct nursing care to patients, wound care, and monitoring patient progress. They will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation, assist with the coordination of patient appointments and flow, provide education and support to patients and their families, and adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar nursing role, preferably in a medical or cosmetic clinic setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
- Proficiency in using electronic medical record systems and other relevant technology
