Submissions Coordinator /Manager - Tier One Remedial Builder. A bout the company Our client is a third-generation, family-owned remedial construction business with a 65 year track record across NSW. They specialise in technically complex work on live, occupied buildings — facade upgrades, structural remediation, cladding rectification, heritage restoration and compliance upgrades — across the residential, commercial, industrial and institutional sectors. The team has built long-term partnerships with major property owners, strata corporations and government, and the tenders they submit genuinely rival the calibre of any Tier 2 head contractor. Hands-on directors, a strong technical pipeline, and an Annandale head office. The role Reporting into the bid and estimating Manager, you'll own the submissions process end-to-end — pulling together commercially sharp, technically credible tender responses that clearly demonstrate the business's capability to deliver high-risk works in live environments. Day-to-day, you'll: Coordinate and produce tender submissions, EOIs, prequalifications and capability statements Interpret client requirements and tailor responses — no copy-paste tenders Maintain and continuously improve the submissions library (case studies, CVs, methodologies, safety and quality content) Liaise with estimators, project managers, site teams and directors to draw out the technical detail that wins the job Manage submission programmes, deadlines and document control across multiple concurrent bids Format, proofread and quality-check every submission before it goes out the door About you Demonstrated experience coordinating tender submissions in construction, remedial, engineering or a related technical field Forensic attention to detail — formatting, grammar, consistency, compliance with RFT requirements Strong writing skills with the ability to translate technical input into clear, persuasive content Confident in Adobe InDesign (or similar) and the Microsoft Office suite Highly organised — comfortable juggling multiple deadlines without becoming flustered. Background in remedial, facade, or head contractor environments is highly regarded; however, it is not essential. Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, construction or a related field are welcomed but not essential What's on offer Market-rate salary package — negotiable based on experience- Circa $140k Super.
