Administration Officer Role
This role involves providing administrative support to the day-to-day operations of our livestock activity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing sales and transactions, including cattle and sheep sales
* Assisting clients with inquiries and payments
* Providing on-site administration support at auctions and sales
* Uploading sale information and sending updates to clients
* Handling general administrative tasks such as reconciliations and reporting
* Supporting the team with marketing tools, reports, and finance leads
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with dairy auctions and sales
* Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
