Executive Support Role
The Executive Support role requires providing high-level administrative support to the Transition Home Manager and dedicated support workers. The ideal candidate will have regular interactions with customers, their families, and other local service providers.
* Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports for stakeholders
* Assist in capturing and documenting support plan information and data
* Compile data for auditing and compliance purposes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Manage documents including uploading, filing, and archiving
* Communicate effectively across multiple platforms, demonstrating adaptability and strong interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will possess:
* Significant experience in administration within a similar industry
* Strong minute-taking skills to capture key discussion points and action items during meetings
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook calendars and multiple platforms
* Ability to prioritize tasks independently without direct supervision
* Effective communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders, adapting communication styles as needed
* A general understanding of disability services and support roles
