Job Description
* Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow this heritage brand's footprint in the Australian market by identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and securing partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and small independents.
* National travel is required to engage with customers and drive business growth by conducting in-field market research across local markets and gaining insights to tailor strategic plans for each territory.
* Drive business development by monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and reporting on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline development to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a sales strategy to grow the brand's presence in the Australian market.
2. Conduct in-field market research to gain insights and inform strategic plans for each territory.
3. Identify and secure partnerships with leading retailers, distributors, and small independents.
