Early Childhood Support Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Early Childhood Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with educators and families from diverse backgrounds. You will be responsible for providing support and guidance to educators, monitoring the quality of care provided, and traveling throughout the state to visit centers.
Responsibilities
* Provide regular home visits and phone contact to support educators in delivering high-quality care.
* Maintain accurate records of educator qualifications, training, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Conduct thorough observations of educator-child interactions to ensure best practice is being implemented.
Requirements
* AECQA-approved Early Childhood Qualifications, minimum diploma level.
* Current First Aid Qualification and willingness to maintain and renew as required.
* Valid Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card and National Police Check.
* Hold a valid Driver's Licence.
