A Faster Path to Becoming a Financial Adviser
We're carving out a new model for developing the next generation of financial advisers. This isn't the traditional slow climb. If you're driven and capable, we'll back you to move through your Professional Year and into a licensed role faster than you'd expect anywhere else in the industry.
About the Role
This isn't a sink-or-swim role. As a Trainee Financial Adviser at Collins SBA, you'll be mentored day-to-day by experienced, senior advisers who are genuinely invested in your development. From day one you'll work across real client cases covering financial planning strategy, cashflow management, investment advice, superannuation, and more, inside a team that truly collaborates.
We expect the successful candidate to commence their Professional Year program promptly and progress toward becoming a fully licensed financial adviser, with our full support every step of the way.

About You
* Passionate about finance and building a meaningful career in advice
* Studying or have completed a relevant degree (finance, business, commerce or similar)
* A natural communicator who enjoys working with people
* Coachable, curious, and hungry to learn
* High integrity: you understand the responsibility of advising others
* Able to, or already commenced, the Financial Adviser Professional Year program
* Comfortable working with technology and excited to use the best tools available
