Contract Manager
We are seeking a skilled Contract Manager to join our team. This is a full-time office-based role that will see you play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth execution of construction contracts and successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and related legal instruments.
* Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
* Identifying and mitigating contractual risks, providing advice on contract management strategies.
* Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve contract-related issues.
* Maintaining accurate contract documentation and records.
* Assisting with tender responses and proposals.
* Supporting the development and continuous improvement of contract management processes and tools.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' experience in contracts administration or project support roles within the construction industry.
* Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and project delivery methodologies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
* Proficient in contract law, risk management, and dispute resolution.
* Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Tertiary qualification in Law, Business, Project Management, or a related field desirable.
