Responsibilities
Run the pass during busy service to ensure timely, accurate dish preparation exceeding guest expectations
Assist the Head Chef with menu planning, inventory, and food prep
Mentor and guide the kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment
Create and manage staff rosters
Ensure food safety standards and compliance are maintained
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar in high-volume settings
Leadership skills to build effective, positive teams
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipment
Operational experience for achieving financial and business goals
Trade Cooking qualifications
Desire to be part of a fun, professional team
