The Hr And Safety Officer role is designed to support the organization's people management and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide accurate and consistent HR information to relevant management and employees on a wide range of employment functions, ensuring full compliance with organizational directives and objectives at all times.
* Develop effective partnerships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with department leaders to understand their business requirements, identify trends, develop solutions and strategies to meet long-term operational goals.
* Coordinate corporate induction processes for all employees and contractors, and provide in-house training and workshops to enhance organizational understanding of HR requirements where necessary.
Requirements:
* A qualification in Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
* A current unrestricted driver's license is essential for this role.
