Overview
Repair and maintenance of a fleet of civil road construction equipment. All Tools and equipment supplied with a 6T 4wd truck equiped with a 575 Lincoln and a 100 cfm compressor. FIFO from Perth airport. 12 hour shifts super paid on all hours. Weekly pay. Great team envrioment
Key responsibilities
* Fabrication and Assembley: Marking out, cutting, bending and shaping steel plates for buckets and blades and all other site required tasks.
* Welding and Oxy cutting: Conduct Welding and oxy repairs to blades and buckets following strict safety and Permit requirements .
* GET inspections and change out: Preform weekly GET inspections and change out as required, also taking stock takes of supply and reporting stock levels to the office.
* Assisting and helping a team of mechanics with general repairs and servicing on civil road construction equipment.
