Ticketing Services Coordinator

Location: Tamworth, New South Wales. Full-time.

THE OPPORTUNITY

* Manage end-to-end ticketing operations across venues and events
* Schedule, supervise and support ticketing staff & casual employees
* Ensure delivery of exceptional customer service

To be successful in this role you will need

* Degree qualification in Arts, Communications, Business, Marketing or a related field OR 5-7 years relevant industry experience
* Current drivers licence
* Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
* Experience using ticketing systems – including web-based platforms & backend sales tools
* Proven experience supervising staff and leading teams
* Strong time management
* Knowledge of LPA Ticketing Code of Practice

Additional responsibilities

* Oversight of ticketing systems, equipment & procedures
* Using specialised software to manage ticketing system
* To build and maintain event configurations within ticketing platforms
* Monitor ticket sales, prepare reports and undertake data analysis
* Perform financial reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions
* Collaborate with promoters, presenters and internal stakeholders
* Implement and maintain operational, administrative and financial processes

Salary Range

Grade 14 - $84,273.61 - $91,192.49 per annum plus 12% superannuation, for a 35 hour work week. Salary may be negotiated based on skills, experience and your value to our organisation.

Flexible working arrangements will be considered by mutual agreement and according to operational requirements.

Shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake a pre-employment medical screening including alcohol & other drugs testing.
