**How will I help?**
BT is the wealth management arm of the Westpac Group and has been helping Australians protect, manage, and grow their wealth since 1969. The Client Account Specialist is responsible for supporting our Advisors and their Clients to access and trade via our Panorama Wealth Platform. This role is responsible for the technical administration and relationship management to ensure our customers can exercise their trading strategies across Equities, Managed Funds and Managed Portfolios.
This role plays a critical role in facilitating client requests by managing all aspects of Managed Fund trades, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Working within Panorama and Asgard Workflow to deliver all Customer Transactions, including, the setup, administration, and closure of Managed Funds
- Review and investigation of daily trading exception reports to ensure our settlement obligations are met
- Compile pricing for asset daily and monthly
- produce reports using Ms excel and access and in-house systems as required including report for management and directors
- identification and transformation of data from source systems
- monitoring integrity of data sent to customers
- Proactively identify issues problems and opportunities to contribute to potential solutions regarding process efficiency
- Proactively identify issues, problems and opportunities and contribute to potential solutions regarding Process Efficiencies
- Manage individual workflow to ensure all deadlines are met, including legislative requirements, ASX requirements and Customer Service Delivery service standards
- Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors (including Investment Managers) to ensure smooth management of the Model Portfolios and underlying processes
