The Role:
* Deliver engaging and motivating training sessions
* Create a positive, supportive and approachable learning experience
* Use innovative teaching methods to provide students with knowledge, skills required to pursue a successful career in the security industry.
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
Skills & Experience:
· Proven experience delivering accredited training in Security Operations or related fields.
· In-depth knowledge of security operations, including access control, patrols, crowd control, and emergency procedures.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and inspire students.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve training goals.
· Experience working in an RTO (Registered Training Organisation).
Requirements:
· Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent.
· Certificate II in Security Operations (CPP20218)
· Current industry experience in security operations.
· Current CPR/First Aid – HLTAID009, HLTAID010 & HLTAID011
· Current Northern Territory Security License
