We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to develop stunning visual experiences across our stores, windows, and marketing campaigns. As our Senior Graphic Designer, you’ll be responsible for creating finished artwork of the highest standard for instore and window displays across all our brands. You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and production teams to design packaging, signage, event collateral, and more – ensuring brand consistency at every touchpoint. This is a hands-on role where your creativity directly impacts the look and feel of our stores and campaigns. THE ROLE: Design and produce artwork for window props, signage, and instore displays Maintain and update seasonal instore campaign artwork Develop hoarding and block-out artwork for new store openings Collaborate on product packaging, labeling, and marketing collateral Support PR/Marketing teams on seasonal events and activations Assist in evolving Brandbank’s visual identity in line with the Group Brand Art Director Contribute creative concepts for campaign shoots, illustrations, graphics, and typography Create event-specific packaging for occasions like Christmas and Mother’s Day General design support including stationery, newsletters, invitations, and business cards On-site role 5-days per week, based in our St Kilda Road offices. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Proven experience in a Graphic Design role (retail experience advantageous) A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent in Graphic Design Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator Ability to manage multiple projects and brands simultaneously Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong creative eye with attention to detail Collaborative, problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Experience leading freelance teams is a plus WHY JOIN THE BRANDBANK GROUP TEAM?
