We are seeking an experienced workforce planning professional to join our team as a Project Administrator.
This role involves being the primary point of contact for casual employees, handling rostering, inductions, equipment booking and general administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project operations team from our Melbourne office, leveraging their expertise in workforce planning and scheduling. A keen eye for detail is essential, as well as flexibility during peak installation periods.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintain accurate workforce data using rosters
* Prepare engagement letters and onboard casual staff
* Assist with employee communications
* Manage timesheets and payroll information
* Ensure timely induction requirements for employees and partners
* Book and schedule plant equipment for each job
* Collaborate with operations teams and suppliers for efficient logistics
* General administrative duties including procurement and data entry
**Requirements:**
* Proficiency in schedules and complex Excel documents
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Professional phone manner
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
* Willingsness to work outside regular hours or weekends
**Desirable Skills:**
* Previous experience in workforce coordination and rostering
* Forklift Licence not essential but advantageous
