The Opportunity
We are seeking a Centre Manager to lead our team at Winter & Taylor, Corio.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre, providing leadership and motivation to your team, and managing daily operations. This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the AMA Group.
Role Responsibilities
1. Production Workshop Management: Oversee workshop production to meet targets and ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition, adhering to AMA and Work Provider quality standards.
2. Quality, Quotes, Parts and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, quality assurance inspections, and repairs meet standards.
3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
4. Profit and Loss, Reporting and Administration: Maintain profitability, prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using available tools.
5. Leadership and People Management: Manage staffing levels and processes, and foster positive relationships with work providers.
6. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Ensure a safe work environment by maintaining the WHS system, policies, and procedures, and reporting incidents promptly.
