About the Opportunity
This role involves delivering high-quality day-to-day intake and assessment service functions for a specific geographic region.
Key responsibilities include undertaking initial needs assessments for individuals eligible for community mental health services, building partnerships with various clinical and community support organizations, and facilitating group activities to promote capacity building.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in strengthening links between different organizations responsible for delivering mental health services. They will also be skilled in promoting a community-based recovery model to deliver support services to individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental illness with complex needs.
