About the Role

Signarama Kew is seeking an experienced and highly organised Graphic Designer and Customer Service professional to join our dynamic team. This part-time position is based at our office in Surrey Hills, VIC, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about design and customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional graphic design, administrative, and customer service support to help drive our growing business forward.

This on-site role offers the opportunity to collaborate with our multi-skilled creative team to produce bold and engaging content across a range of sectors, including Government, Health, Education, and Tech.

If you're a confident designer with agency experience and a talent for transforming briefs into standout creative work, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a diverse and hands-on role, with daily tasks that include designing infographics, proposals, social media content, and occasional print materials.

It's a fantastic opportunity to apply your creativity across a wide variety of exciting projects—every single day.

Qualifications & Experience

* Minimum 2 years of industry experience in graphic design
* Strong skills in digital illustration, particularly with vector graphics
* High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and InDesign
* A sharp eye for design, layout, and typography, with the ability to effectively interpret and bring briefs to life
* A motivated and reliable team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow professionally and take on more responsibility
* Must be available to work on-site at our Surrey Hills office (please note: remote work is not available)
* Must be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold valid working rights in Australia

Please note:

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 per week
