The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior HR Advisor to join our Perilya Broken Hill operations. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment and is ready to step into a position with genuine influence and visibility.
You will provide high-quality generalist HR support, trusted advice, and coaching to leaders across the site. You will play a key role in driving people initiatives, supporting organisational capability, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience.

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a generalist HR or people capability role
• Relevant tertiary qualifications

• Experience with HR systems, processes, and organisational effectiveness
• Exposure to recruitment and onboarding
