Job Description
What you will do: Deliver IT services and capabilities that provide tools for Aspect's staff, students, and participants to effectively engage with our services. Key responsibilities include:
1. Lead and manage the Workplace Technology function, ensuring IT services run efficiently and meet business needs.
2. Oversee the IT support team, providing guidance, structure, and mentorship to improve service delivery.
3. Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes, ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding.
4. Oversee vendor relationships, ensuring IT contracts align with business needs.
5. Establish a software management process to track and maintain corporate applications.
6. Manage infrastructure and IT support capabilities to deliver integrated solutions in partnership with business units.
7. Contribute to the organisation's IT roadmap through strategic planning.
8. Provide guidance and advice to leaders and managers on strategic projects.
9. Contribute to continuous operational improvement by leveraging knowledge of Aspect's business, external context, and best practices in your area of expertise.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The annual salary ranges from $190K to $215K, inclusive of superannuation, dependent on qualifications and experience. Click here to view the full position profile.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent work experience, or a combination of both
- Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
- Experience with cloud platforms
- Ability to manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensional data from various sources
- Strong passion for empirical research and data-driven problem solving
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW)
- National Police Clearance
