About us
Court Services Victoria (CSV) is a body corporate established by statute to provide administrative services and facilities to Victoria's courts and tribunals as well as the Judicial College of Victoria and the Judicial Commission of Victoria (the Courts Group).
The Procurement team at CSV is an in-house Procurement team providing essential procurement advice and delivery across the Courts Group on interesting and often novel matters, across broad categories.
About the role
1. Provide procurement support and probity advice to CSV including mentoring and coaching employees across the organisation on procurement policies, practices and processes, ensuring compliance, value for money and the delivery of contractual obligations.
2. Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to strengthen the business partnering approach to procurement.
3. Develop procurement plans and manage end to end sourcing activities that generate operational efficiencies, and achieve financial savings targets through insight and analysis of category areas.
About you
4. Proven experience delivering value for money outcomes in a complex environment.
5. Demonstrated experience achieving successful commercial outcomes by managing end-to-end procurement activities including the sourcing and management of complex goods and/or services contracts within the public or private sector.
6. Demonstrated proficiency in contract management systems and processes.
7. Analytical skills and a proven track record in identifying commercial opportunities.
