Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sales production, quota attainment, and market development.
The successful applicant will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, identifying and pursuing potential clients, and developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers. They will also be expected to provide guidance and leadership to existing team members, assist senior sales management with sales strategy development, and contribute to the growth and expansion of our partner ecosystem.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
* Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales campaigns.
* Provide coaching and training to junior sales staff to improve their skills and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Proven track record of sales production and quota attainment preferably within the consultancy advisory or corporate industry.
* Strong track record in opening up new markets and winning new logos.
* Previous experience in selling complex data and software solutions is preferred.
* Previous experience in providing supply chain and supplier risk assessment advice and involvement in supply chain transformation projects is preferred.
* At least 8 years experience in consultative selling with the ability to influence key decision makers.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong knowledge of supplier risk-related products or intelligence and investigation tools.
