Someone who provides excellent care for their physical, emotional and social wellbeing and who is confident and capable of working as part of a caring, dynamic and fun team of early childhood educators.You will be able to observe and document the children's interests and achievements big or small and gently support them in their development through playful, age appropriate and protected learning activities.You willCreate positive, qualified and genuine relationships with your colleagues, children and their familiesAssist in the delivery of a meaningful, holisticeducational program based on the EYLF and QKLG and inspired by Learning Through Play philosophies and Nature Play QLDHave a high level ofmotivation and initiativewhilst being professional, proactive, flexible and fairHave excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAssist in the preparation of the QIP, SIP and review of policies and proceduresYou will havePrevious child care experienceCurrentACECQAapproved Certificate qualification or current enrolment in studies working towards ACECQA approved CertificateWorking with Children Blue CardCurrent Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtainCurrent Child Protection training or willingness to obtainExperience with Xplor software preferred but not essentialAbout usWe pay above award wages and our educational focus is on Learning Through Play and Nature Play and we are also an accredited Bush Kindy embedding activities such as outdoor play, bush walks, feeding chickens and ducks and growing and harvesting plants in our permaculture garden into our program.
