About the role
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Logistics Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. Based in Port Hedland, the logistics Administrator will provide crucial day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth coordination of freight movements, compliance documentation, and communication within Qube Bulk.
This is a fast-paced, team oriented role suited to someone with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
What you'll be doing
* Maintain and process logistics documentation, including load sheets, delivery dockets, and manifests
* Liaise with drivers, site personnel, clients, and operations teams to coordinate transport schedules
* Ensure accurate data entry into relevant systems for tracking and compliance reporting
* Monitor freight movements and assist in resolving delivery or scheduling issues
* Support compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and other transport regulations
* Assist in generating operational reports as required
* Contribute to general office duties and administrative support for site operations
What we're looking for
* Previous experiences in logistics, transport, or supply chain administration
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure
* High level of accuracy in data entry and documentation handling
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Proficient in the use of office software, such as Microsoft Office suite
* A collaborative approach and willingness to support both office and field-based teams
