Overview
Registered Nurse PACU and Anaesthetics role at Ramsay Health Care. We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our PACU and Anaesthetics team working within Operating Theatres in a collaborative, team‑oriented environment.
Reporting to the Nurse Unit Manager, you will perform duties with the support and guidance of the Department Manager, Clinical Nurse and Shift Leaders to ensure high‑quality patient care in line with Ramsay Health Care values and strategic direction.
Responsibilities
* Provide technical and clinical support to the Anaesthetist during induction, maintenance and emergence from anaesthesia.
* Respond to unexpected outcomes and use problem‑solving skills to address emergencies in the Perioperative department.
* Comply with all workplace legislative requirements including occupational safety and health acts and workers' compensation.
Skills and Experience
* Must have current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
* Minimum three (3) years in a hospital nursing role.
* Previous experience in Anaesthetic and PACU is essential.
* Ability to assess, plan, coordinate and evaluate care delivery for patients.
* Strong customer service and time management abilities.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and maintain positive working relationships.
* Proven ability to work effectively in a team and independently as required.
Remuneration
On offer is base hourly rate of $37.75 – $53.02 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications ( NSW RN/Midwife gr1‑gr8 ).

Requirements
* Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months.
* Ramsay may require a Working‑With‑Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases as applicable to the role.
