Milestone IT is currently working with this brilliant healthcare organization who right now has an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Project support officer to join a great team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to Project Managers in the delivery of the project
- Scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating jobs
- Maintain, update and communicate status reporting as required with key stakeholder groups across the organization and project
- Liaising with clients, internal staff, trades, and suppliers
- Preparing reports for budgeting, forecasting, and finance
- Sending RFQ's & Chasing up subcontractors / Suppliers
- Monitoring budgets and cost control.
- Updating internal systems and client portals.
- Keeping constant and up to date file notes
Skills we are looking for:
- Having experience of project scheduling
- Must have experience in IT projects
- Having strong attention to detail
- Having experience in Healthcare would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- A willingness to learn with a can-do positive attitude
- The ability to develop a working project management plan
- Have good communication skills
- Excellent organizational skill with the ability to judge priorities and deadlines
- Initiative and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
- having strong attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Professionally presented and has a high level of written and verbal communication
