About the role
This position is located at a reputable healthcare facility where you will report directly to the home manager and be responsible for ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and regulatory standards.
You will also be accountable for providing oversight and guidance to staff, managing delegation processes, and prioritizing tasks to achieve quality outcomes within expected timeframes.
In this role, you will need active AHPRA registration and qualifications as a registered nurse. Previous experience working in aged care is preferred, as well as knowledge of accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical leadership to staff and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Ensure adherence to Aged Care Quality Standards and relevant legislation
* Manage delegation processes, prioritize tasks, and oversee staff performance
Experience with ACFI is highly desirable, and you will be required to maintain active AHPRA registration and possess relevant qualifications.
