Your new role: As an Administration Officer, you will provide professional, confidential and responsive administrative support across Women's & Children's Health Services. This role is critical to ensuring efficient patient flow, accurate data management and high-quality service delivery across maternity, neonatal and paediatric units. Key responsibilities include: * Managing patient bookings, waitlists, cancellations and data entry using hospital information systems. * Providing confidential frontline support via telephone, reception and written correspondence. * Supporting clinicians and teams through accurate record management and workflow coordination. * Working autonomously while contributing to team priorities, quality standards and patient safety. * This role is Part-Time, 57 hours per fortnight.
