About the Role
You'll provide home cleaning, decluttering, and organisation support to NDIS participants. This entry-level role is perfect if you're detail-oriented, organised, and eager to learn NDIS processes and build a career. You'll help clients build confidence in their homes while working independently.
What You'll Do
* Clean homes to participant standards (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas)
* Organise and declutter safely, respecting client preferences
* Work with minimal supervision—we value your initiative
* Follow health & safety protocols and participant-specific guidelines
* Travel between clients (car allowance covered)
* Update team leaders on progress and adapt to needs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
✓ Australian working rights
✓ Valid driver's license + reliable car (required for all roles)
✓ NDIS Worker Screening Check (we'll guide you if you haven't started)
✓ Working with Children Check (WWCC) (required by law)
✓ Current First Aid & CPR certificate (must be current at start)
✓ Willingness to complete NDIS induction modules
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $33.00 – $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
