* Sorting, recording, and delivering incoming mail, ensuring outgoing mail is processed daily.
* Maintaining the filing system, including file retrieval and destruction as required.
* Performing general administrative duties such as scanning, maintaining registers, and reception tasks.
* Answering telephones and managing voicemail messages.
* Handling office deliveries as needed.
* Processing new client applications.
* Assisting with data entry, including bank reconciliations and transaction recording.
