Legal Secretary Role

The successful candidate will be part of a close-knit group of four secretaries assisting Partners or Special Counsels with their matters. Key responsibilities will include:
* Document creation, manipulation, and maintenance.
* Diary, travel, and email management.
* File handling and upkeep.
* Stakeholder engagement and liaison (both internal and external).
Matters will encompass a variety of property cases, including flat land developments, commercial and high-scale residential sales, agribusiness acquisitions and sales, body corporate/strata, and leasing.
To succeed in this position, you should possess:
* A minimum of two years' experience as a Legal Secretary/Assistant; all legal practice backgrounds are considered.
* Prior experience from Commercial or Residential Property backgrounds is highly regarded.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
