Dhelkaya Health is seeking a dynamic & compassionate Team Leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) and Mental Health Counselling clinicians. This role spans both Community Health and Custodial settings, with a strong focus on reducing harm and promoting recovery for individuals and families affected by substance use and mental health challenges.
As Team Leader, you will guide your team in delivering high-quality, person centered care through comprehensive assessments and evidence-based counselling interventions. You will play a key role in supporting clients and their families to make meaningful behavioural changes and build resilience in managing the impacts of AOD use.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in AOD (Min Certificate IV in AOD), Social Work, Counselling
- Min 5 years' experience working in the area of AOD or Counselling
- Membership with AHPRA or relevant appropriate professional body
- Qualification and/or experience in Forensic AOD counselling
