About the Role
- Complete administrative requirements to support annual bulk recruitment cycles and clinical unit recruitment.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of electronic recruitment requisitions.
- Coordinate with other internal stakeholders to ensure orientation and onboarding arrangements are in place for new starters.
Classification for this position will range from AO41 - AO45 classification codes (base salary $81,463 to $90,392 per annum, plus superannuation).
Your Skills and Experience
- Recognised undergraduate/graduate-entry or postgraduate qualification in human resources management, industrial relations or equivalent AND/OR recognised equivalent industry experience.
- Demonstrated experience in working as a human resources advisor/practitioner or workforce coordinator within a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Sound written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a broader administrative team.
- Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in working within a large, tertiary healthcare setting.

- Compliance with RCH's "Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases" procedure.
