What you'll do As a member of the Category Marketing Integration team, you will support the Marketing Integration Manager in managing the planning, communication and asset management for all client integration opportunities into Big W Marketing campaign activity.
You will provide critical support for the team ensuring timelines and milestones are met to deliver on our team objectives.
Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets for categories within your area of responsibility: Maintain the Campaign calendar as one source of truth for visibility of upcoming events, priorities, deliverables and key milestones.
Ensure links to GTM decks, Production Briefs, Tactical templates, Photography etc are added in a timely manner.
Work alongside the Sales and Campaign Operations team to ensure the Campaign Progress Tracker is updated weekly, capturing all client bookings and revenue by campaign.
Assist in the end to end management and delivery of campaign integration opportunities - from inception to execution.
Work with the Cartology Operations team to ensure the seamless delivery of all campaign elements.
Assist in completing google slide decks as required and in a timely manner: Store comms, Campaign Books, PIRs Photography briefs On behalf of the Cartology Sales team, help to request PCR reporting for BIG W Marketing assets where available Assist to manage communication cadence to internal stakeholders including coordinating and distributing weekly updates for Campaign status, upcoming deadlines and requirements.
