About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at Fieldwork Health in Inglewood, WA. You will play a vital role in providing comprehensive musculoskeletal physiotherapy services to our active and diverse client base, while also contributing to the growth and mentoring of younger staff members.
This role can be full-time or part-time, offering flexibility for the right candidate. You'll enjoy working in a modern clinic environment with a fully equipped on-site gym, large private treatment rooms, and end-of-trip facilities .
What You'll Be Doing
* Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and developing tailored treatment plans
* Delivering a range of evidence-based interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, rehabilitation programs, and dry needling
* Collaborating with medical professionals, exercise physiologists, and coaches to ensure a holistic approach to patient care
* Monitoring patient progress and adapting treatment plans as needed
* Providing education and advice to patients and families to promote independence and long-term health
* Mentoring and supporting junior physiotherapists
* Participating in team meetings and professional development to stay up to date with best practice
* Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with professional standards
What We're Looking For
* Degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
* Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experience in musculoskeletal private practice or rehabilitation
* Strong skills in manual therapy, dry needling, and exercise-based rehabilitation
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and passion for patient-centred care
