The Position
As the Event Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading and planning high-end charity and fundraising events, working closely with industry leaders and making a tangible impact. No two days will be the same as you oversee multiple different events, from intimate boardroom meetings to grand gala dinners.

What You Will Need
They are looking for a dynamic individual with a proven track record in event management. The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in planning and executing high-end events, preferably in the not-for-profit or healthcare sector.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in stakeholder management and VIP liaison.
* Organisational Skills: Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple events and priorities simultaneously.
* Budget Management (but not necessary): Experience in managing event budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities through sponsorships and partnerships.
