About the Role Reporting into senior creative leadership, this Product Developer position is heavily focused on administration, coordination, and execution rather than design. You will be responsible for managing the operational side of garment development, ensuring products move smoothly from concept through to production. Working closely with offshore factories and internal stakeholders, you will manage critical paths, technical documentation, approvals, and quality standards. This is a standalone, autonomous role suited to someone who enjoys structure, process, and keeping multiple moving parts on track. Support at photoshoots and during key campaign periods forms part of the role, primarily from a product and coordination perspective.
