**About the role**
The Technical Business Analyst engaged with stakeholders, facilitates design and investigation sessions, analysis of existing and future state environments. Details requirements and dependencies. Analyses, documents, and reports on the environment being investigated, identified processes, target and final state.
- Responsibilities:_
- Work with business stakeholders and Analysts to elicit technical requirements and impact assessment for technology projects, initiatives and operational service delivery via workshops, meetings and other means as required.
- Capture and document specifications for business requirements and translate these into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct detail technical analysis and impact assessment supporting design, solution and build components.
- Organise, facilitate, present, and manage medium to large size workshops.
- Map existing 'as is' business processes and work with the business to define the 'to be' desired state.
- Work with technical resources to interpret and translate business requirements into viable business solutions that meet the business' needs.
- Participate in the development of test strategies, test plans and test cases and undertake testing activities. Test data creation for all phases of testing including Unit, SIT and UAT.
- Navigate a complex organisational structure and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation across diverse geographical locations.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure that they are adequately and appropriately briefed and prepared prior to any business requirements / process workshops / meetings.
**About you**
- 5+ years of Technical Business Analyst experience
- Strong stakeholder management and engagement experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Permanent resident or citizen
