**ABOUT THE COMPANY.**

For their Brisbane office, our client is seeking to employ an enthusiastic Associate Quantity Surveyor who can work on their current and upcoming projects. This firm highly prioritises their employees career development and conducts regular industry training sessions.
**ABOUT THE POSITION.**
As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to undertake the responsibilities of ensuring that all work from the feasibility stage through to the handover stage of the project is carried out efficiently. You will be supporting the Director whilst providing a team of Quantity Surveyors with consistent mentorship and guidance. In this position, depending on your preference and experience, you will work on iconic projects across various sectors i.e. Commercial, Health, Residential, Education, Retail etc.
**DUTIES.**
- Managing and supporting a team of Quantity Surveyors
- Responsible for leading projects from start to finish
- Client and stakeholder management
- Responsible for Pre and Post Contract work
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.**
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years Professional Quantity Surveying in Australia
- Experience in Education, Residential, Commercial, Health and Retail Sectors
- Proficiency in CostX or Buildsoft
