About the Role
* Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to the CEO and leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence for the CEO.
* Coordinate board and leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.
* Support project management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
* Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
* Act as a key liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
* Identify as Aboriginal or have experience working in an ACCO.
* Have a strong understanding of cultural safety and community needs.
* Bring experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative role.
* Have strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Have a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
* Be proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
