Support and Enablement Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Support and Enablement Specialist. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to key leaders and teams within our R&D department.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in our Macquarie, Sydney office. As a Support and Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for managing calendars, inboxes, travel, expenses, and leadership meeting logistics for two Vice Presidents.
You will also assist teams with travel, purchasing, meeting coordination, and event organisation. Additionally, you will handle onboarding activities, visitor access, and internal communications.
Your responsibilities will include managing departmental resources such as room bookings, equipment, and supplies. You will also provide general administrative support and cover for other assistants during leave.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to have proven track-record in autonomously providing high-level admin support to multiple teams.
You should be able to work flexibly in a team environment to provide excellent customer service. A self-starter who takes initiative and can think and act in a customer-centric way is ideal for this role.
You will also need to have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to manage and prioritise your own work, delivering to tight deadlines in a team environment.
In addition, you will need to be able to develop and implement processes to improve the performance of the team.
