Job Description:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated Sports Coaches to provide high-quality training in a variety of sports disciplines. As a Sports Coach at SportzBone, you will have the opportunity to work with athletes of all ages, from youth to adult, and contribute to their growth both on and off the field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate training sessions for individuals and groups
• Foster a positive and motivating environment for athletes
• Monitor and evaluate athlete progress, providing feedback and encouragement
• Ensure safety and proper use of equipment during training sessions
• Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and team members
• Organize and participate in events, competitions, and team-building activities
• Stay current on sports trends, techniques, and coaching best practices
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a coach or athlete in relevant sports
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a fun, challenging, and supportive training environment
• Passion for developing athletes both mentally and physically
• Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred:
Certification from a recognized coaching body
Experience coaching at the youth or competitive level
