CV Asset Services specialises in delivering reliable HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pumping, building, and fire maintenance solutions to critical infrastructure across Queensland including airports, defence, facilities managers, shopping centres, builders, developers, and Federal and State Government departments.
About the Opportunity
As an Electrical Estimator, you'll play a key role in the growth and success of our Asset Services division.
Responsibilities
Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for projects and maintenance contracts
Coordinating and organising complex tender submissions
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities throughout the estimating and submission process
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure competitive pricing
Actively seeking and pursuing growth opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and industry partners
About You
Electrical trade background or relevant qualification
Proven experience estimating commercial projects — such as schools, hotels, offices, retail, and airports.
Strong background in fit-out, refurbishment, and hospitality projects.
Experience identifying CAPEX upgrade and replacement opportunities within existing client portfolios.
Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and estimating software
A collaborative approach with the ability to work well within a team
Exceptional time management and organisational abilities to manage competing tenders and deadlines
