Your role
We are a 'can-do' organisation, and we respond with practical, hands-on support to those in need. The un-precedented flooding across our state has displaced many families.
We need 2 case managers working 9am-5pm until June 30th, ****, delivering the intake, case management and assessment to those accessing services.
Responsibilities
Intake and triage.
Community connections and understanding of services and available supports.
Trauma informed case management.
A systemic lens.
Creating case management plans.
Coordinate other services on-site at the hub.

Flex to work part time 3 or 4 days per week as well as full time.
You get a salary starting at $94,000 plus super at full time.
Salary packaging is available up to $15,900 plus an entertainment card.
SCHCADS award Level 5.
Negotiable increments dependent upon experience.
Suitable for people in Echuca, Bendigo, Rochester or surrounding areas.
