Job Title: Creative Media Specialist

Your Role in Our Success
* Drive creative excellence across marketing initiatives with a focus on video production.
* Work closely with senior team members on creative ideation for major campaigns and initiatives.
* Manage end-to-end production processes from concept to delivery.
* Coordinate with internal teams, external talent, and partners.
* Create engaging face-to-camera content.
* Partner with social media specialists to optimize engagement and streamline operations.
* Oversee talent and vendor relationships.
* Drive video content output as a core performance metric.
What You'll Need
* Proven project management experience with strong attention to detail.
* Natural collaboration skills and a team-focused mindset.
* Baseline analytical abilities to measure and improve content performance.
* Confidence both in front of and behind the camera.
* Experience managing external talent and vendor relationships.
* Basic video editing skills.
* Understanding of different content formats, platform requirements, best practices, file management, and asset organization capabilities.
* Stay current with social media trends and platform updates.
