Contract Management Professional
The role of Contract Administrator plays a pivotal part in ensuring successful project outcomes through effective contract management, communication, documentation oversight, and stakeholder coordination.
* Collaborate with project stakeholders to prepare, review, negotiate, and administer contracts for ACES projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Respond to inquiries from clients, subcontractors, and internal teams regarding contractual matters, providing timely support and resolving issues affecting project delivery.
* Manage and maintain all relevant documentation related to project contracts, including correspondence, approvals, progress claims, variations, and compliance records.
* Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Structural Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to achieve project milestones, budgets, and contractual obligations.
