About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a highly regarded financial planning business that provides comprehensive wealth‑management services to a diverse client base. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Client Services Officer to support their advisory team and deliver an exceptional client experience.
This role offers true flexibility — work fully remote from anywhere in Brisbane, or if you prefer a little office interaction, you may attend the office one day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client enquiries via phone and email, ensuring prompt and professional service
- Coordinate adviser meetings, prepare documentation, and assist with review packs
- Support end‑to‑end implementation of advice across superannuation, investments and insurance
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Liaise with product providers, internal teams, and clients to progress applications
- Assist with onboarding new clients and contribute to ongoing process improvements
About You
- Experience in a financial planning Client Services, CSM or administration role
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment
- Robust MS Office skills; experience with financial‑planning software highly regarded
